PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project Managers are our specialty.  All members of Estrella Partners have and can act as
PMs for a wide variety of engagements that are organizational, technology, and risk
management based.  We have Projects Managers that are certified and have decades of
experience applying project management techniques and disciplines to client
engagements in all industries.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE
A Program Office is a collective group of related projects within a specified parameter
operating under a single charter that is defined by standards of procedures related to core
project management guidelines.  PMOs leverage economies of scale to manage project
governance, standardize documentation, streamline communications, define and track
metrics, and other key components to drive increased quality and operational efficiencies.
Common types of PMOs are Enterprise Wide, Departmental, and then Special–purpose.  
Many organizations claim to be able to apply Program Management techniques, but the true
success factor in executing a Program Office is the methodology, capabilities and
experience of the Program Leadership.  Our resources have deep knowledge and
experience in all aspects of Program Management.  Estrella Partners provides consultative
services for all aspects of PMOs, including but not all inclusive of Program Resourcing /
Staffing, Program Assessments, Program Business Case, PMO start-up, PMO
Management, and any subcomponent of a program from Risk Management to Quality
Assurance, to Deliverables Management, to Communications, etc..

Estrella Partners has been established as a consortium of senior level executives and thus
by default we have resources that have been CIOs and COOs, as well as CEOs, COOs,
CFOs, Chief Technical Architects, and Chief Risk Officers of major firms in various
industries from Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Professional Services.  These executives
can act as interim leadership to fill gaps during periods of transitions and re-organization,
can support existing leadership with guidance, experience and coaching, or can fill a multi-
year contracts as an outsourced member of your leadership team.  These executives have
a successful track record for providing insightful thought leadership and benefits realization
to major institutions.

EXPENSE COST REDUCTION
Our Expense Cost Reduction services are provided by executives that have managed large
organization with significant multi-million dollar budgets.  Our team takes a unique and
methodical approach of assessing an organizations current financial status, reviews the
client’s business mission and objectives and short-term / long-term priorities, all of which
results in recommendations for cost saving opportunities with a road-map of how to
achieve and measure such benefits.  Our team can then stay on to project manage or
support the ongoing activities in order for those benefit realization to be recognized

ASSET PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Asset Portfolios are for many organizations an untapped resource for revenue generation,
usually at greater than normal levels of profitability.  The commercialization of assets to
ensure the ownership of components and the packaging of the assets to take to market is a
unique skill.  This includes recognizing those assets that have marketability, understanding
the competitive landscape, documentation for the asset, developing a value proposition,
asset pricing, go-to-market strategy, and implementation.   Our experts can assist in filing
for Certificate of Ownership, Contracts & Negotiations, and 3rd party Royalty Agreements.

STRATEGIC ACCOUNT PLANNING
The facilitation and development of Strategic Account Plans created in conjunction with our
clients business development staff based on your goal / objectives and specific to your
products / services  resulting in a cohesive and executive approach to penetrate client
accounts.  These plans will identify key relationships, client org charts, client pain points,
opportunities, challenges, critical success factors, low hanging fruit, strategic approach and
alignment of service offering to client needs. Additional evaluations and recommendations
can be provided based on sales leadership capabilities and experiences.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Vendor Management and Strategic Sourcing is a vital part of operations for most
organization that do not have the resources and / or capabilities internally to meet their
strategic imperatives.  Estrella Partners has resources that have been in the consultative
field for decades.  Our resources have been on both sides of the equation of sourcing, as
consultants and as sourcing executives.  We have learned over time the potential pitfalls in
strategic sourcing and take a risk avoidance approach to working with vendors on behalf of
our clients.  As a results, our team can provide assistance with RFP development,
managing our client’s RFP process, identifying industry leaders in which our clients should
consider to partner with, and support with contracts & negotiations.  Our staff has also been
asked to conduct occasional reviews / assessments of client vendors to provide an
objective 3rd party view to ensure that vendors are delivering what was agreed upon.
