EXECUTIVE COACHING
Our executive coaching is a consultative, relationship-based service offered by experienced
coaches who have years of experience working with C-level executives and senior
management. Our coaches act as trusted advisors and provide an objective lens for the
coachee while offering honest feedback and a new perspective to look through.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Change is inevitable and must be managed efficiently and effectively. Large scale change
may be organizational, such as outsourcing, downsizing, or mergers or on a smaller scale
such as conflicts between individuals, teams, departments or other groups. Our change
management consultants focus on clarifying the rational for the change, communicating the
change processes and the desired outcomes. The process also addresses how to assist
people to remain focused and productive during the change process, which for most due to
human nature is unsettling.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The purpose of the leadership development program is to provide and interactive forum
where leadership skills are assessed and then developed on a continual basis. Always

critical competencies for your organization to ensure successful leadership. Our program is
customized to the particular needs of the organization and its leaders. The program would
range from week long retreats to a year long developmental program focusing on
leveraging their strengths and strengthening their limitations in their business related
activities.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Our consultants work with team leaders and their teams to improve their overall
performance. This process provides the coaching of basic tools to set direction, clarify
goals and responsibilities, and measure performance results. It is also intended to
effectively coordinate action and resolve potential barriers to success.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
As any organization evolves, their original business plans and strategy change. Our
strategic planning initiatives provide the context for an ongoing dialog to refine their
objectives going forward with their business. It allows the planning to come to a consensus

ASSESSMENT & SELECTION
This is an individualized in-depth interview of a candidate for a managerial, supervisory or
professional position. This process is designed to support the organization in making the
best hiring and selection decisions. It will also provide a comprehensive overview of the
individual’s abilities, emotional makeup, interpersonal style and leadership capabilities.
Assessment results should be the voice in the selection process. Assessment can also
be utilized for entry level positions in helping the organization finding the best fit candidate
for the position.
SUCCESSION PLANNING
A successful succession plan must be tied to the organization’s strategic business plan
and goals. It must also be dynamic, ongoing process that provides objective assessment
for the organization. Our consultants know with years of experience that a good succession
planning system nurtures executive skills and talent needed by the organization to be
successful. No one system is right for every one. There are some basic guidelines that can
prevent unproductive false starts. First, keep it simple, make assumptions of the future, look
for accuracy, minimize risk and exposure, maintain follow through and most of all be patient.
