   Business Development Executives
   We are seeking seasoned sales professionals with proven track record and existing
  
 relationships to join our team to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.  
   
The BDE will be responsible for initiating and developing new clients for Estrella Partners
  
 across all market segments and lines of business including Organizational Consulting,
  
 Project / Program Management, and Risk Management to C-suite and Senior Level
  
 Executives. To fulfill this role, the Business Development Executive will:
  • Use a consultative sales approach (versus a product sales approach) to understand
    individual client needs
  • Research new business prospects, develop new leads, and make direct sales calls on
    decision-makers for new business
  • Conduct and lead sales process and client strategy with the intent to close the sale
  • Partner with line of business resources to present custom solutions to potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales quota consistently
  • Ensure key contacts within target accounts are tracked accordingly
  • Represent Estrella Partners in the marketplace as a senior leader of the firm

   BDE Resource Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree; MBA preferred
  • Min. of seven (7) years of professional services and/or consulting experience in direct
    sales, executive-level selling C-suite  
  • Demonstrated track record in initiating and closing new business
  • Demonstrated track record for meeting/exceeding business development targets
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships with senior levels constituents
  • Effective business writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic analytical abilities and strong business acumen
  • High level of integrity, loyalty, and professionalism
  • Self motivated and independent thinker with competitive drive for success
